The scoring, playbooks, research and design here are ours and are protected by copyright. Read them, use them, act on them — but do not republish them wholesale or use them to train a competing dataset.

Liability

We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Beyond that, and because this site is free, we are not liable for money you lose, business you do not win, or time you spend acting on information here. The site is provided as it is.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of governing law, and the courts of jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
